ARRIVING TO YOURSELF
Landing + letting go
• Airport transfers to Villa
• Welcome circle with snacks
• Settle into rooms / free time
• Sunset gentle yoga (yin / restorative)
• Welcome dinner (nourishing, grounding meal)
• Opening intention setting
DAY 2 RELEASE + RESET
Clearing mental noise
• 8am slow flow yoga + breathwork
• 9:15 Breakfast
• Free time/ Surf Lessons
• Journaling session: “What am I ready to release?”
*2PM Lunch
• 6pm Sunset yoga (hips + heart opening)
• 8pm Dinner
• Guided meditation for nervous system reset
DAY 3 INNER WORK + BELIEF SHIFT
Awareness + patterns
• 8am Vinyasa Yoga Flow
• 9:15 Breakfast
• Nature Hike to Waterfall
• 2pm Lunch
• Integration journal
(Limiting Beliefs & Subconscious patterns)
• Evening restorative yoga
• Dinner
• Optional sharing circle
DAY 4 EXPANSION + OPTIONAL CEREMONY
Deep release / connection
• 9am Gentle Flow Yoga + breathwork
• Breakfast
• Free time (beach, pool, shop, rest)
• 2pm Lunch
• Scenic drive to Ceremony for those who feel called
* Optional plant medicine ceremony (guided by experienced shamans in a safe space)
• OR alternative: Cacao heart opening Ceremony/ Meditation

DAY 5 INTEGRATION + CELEBRATION
Coming back into the body
• Morning yoga (Movement with gratitude)
• Breakfast
• Beach excursion / waterfall / nature experience
• Journaling Experience
• Closing circle
• Sunset Restorative yoga
• Final dinner Celebration
DAY 6 DEPARTURE
Take it home
• Slow morning
• Final Sharing + reflections (tears welcome)
• Final grounding meditation
